Deleted posts

   I deleted a couple threads. Why? Because this forum isn't a platform to stand on a soap box and complain publicly about the MHLL, or about the master restrictions that we all agreed to before moving here. The PURPOSE of mhvillages.com is for residents of Mountain House to exchange ideas, make friendships and build a more cohesive community.
It breaks my heart when I get messages from forum veterans who tell me that they're done posting here because of garbage like this. These are people that I met through the forum that I now consider friends. I imagine that I'm not the only one who would rather read about what our neighbors are doing, advances we're making as a community, questions from people who genuinely want to get an answer or participate in the development of our town, than see all the bitter complaining. 

There are other venues that you can use to publicly humiliate the people who take a LOT of time out of their lives (without pay) so that our kids have something to do. If that's what you want to do, then fine. Just don't do it here. I'd rather that mindset be done with this forum than the people who have contributed to it positively for many years.

I'm done with my soap box now.
