No. They are illegal in unincorporated San Joaquin county.

They are setting them off here in Altamont also and we have a lot of dry grass here.

I know its "cool" to dis your neighbors and the law in the pursuit of doing "whatever the hell I want because I am special" but keep in mind that we are in a close community.

And more importantly, be a dick now, it will come back to bite you in the future.

we just saw a show from our backyard that came close to the fireworks show in Tracy....dog going crazy....fireworks illegal in MH? Car 54 where are you?

people across the street from us just put on the BEST SHOW EVER!!!!!!! 5 hours of AMAZEBALLS action!! thankfully we dont have anything around us to catch on fire but from here we saw 6 different groups of mortars. The fire dept rolled through...made sure everything was cool.....and off they went.
 
BEST 4th EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe we should allow fireworks in central park for one night.  We would have the best show ever!!!
