• 30 minutes of intervals on treadmill – incline 6, speed 3.3 / incline 10, speed 3.3
• 1 set of 25 ab crunches while lying on fitness ball
• 20 seconds rest
• 1 set of 20 ab crunches while lying on fitness ball
• 20 seconds rest
• 30 seconds in plank position on knees
• 30 seconds in plank position on toes
• 30 seconds rest
• 30 seconds in plank position on knees
• 30 seconds in plank position on toes
Total workout time: 45 minutes

I want to clarify one of my earlier posts in this thread (now deleted).
It
is not the responsibility of the school district (nor do they have the
funds) to open up the multi-purpose rooms in the summer. The
responsibility to organize, manage and deliver summer recreational
programs really lies with the MHCSD. The
information I posted was erroneous and Im sorry if I offended anyone on
the school board or school district staff with my post
